Job description
Crystal Sugar Company seeks a Packaging/Warehouse Superintendent for the Moorhead plant to direct packaging, warehousing and shipping of sugar products and by-products. You will oversee maintenance, ensure SQF/QA compliance and drive safe, efficient operations across shifts year-round.
The role requires engineering or technical training with 5–8 years in industrial or food manufacturing settings. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and regulatory knowledge is essential.
