The Company offers a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that connect, protect, and purify our world. Mativ Renfrew is looking for Packers to join our production team! If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends), and want an average of 14 days off every month, we want to hear from you! Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Packers will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Packing rolls of tape into corrugate containers according to specificationsAssisting operators as neededAbility to troubleshootAdhere to safety policies and proceduresBasic computer knowledge and skillAbility to work in a team atmosphere environmentAbility to follow both written and verbal instructionsQualifications:Grade 12 education3-5 years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment.Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testingAbility to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour scheduleCompensation Package:Salary Range: $21.18 to $21.88/hr.RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary periodGroup Benefits: Company paid comprehensive medical and dental benefits after successful completion of probationary periodComplimentary / subsidized food and beverage itemsCompany sponsored events and celebrationsMativ benefits say a lot about how we care for each other.
