Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedules Available: Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer skills required
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Experience Requirements
Proven work history showing 2+ years in a position
Entry level
6+ months of forklift & shipping and receiving experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to quality and meeting daily shipping deadlines
Job Duties
Accurately pack and prepare small-package orders for shipment
Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipment
Label, scan, and process outgoing packages
Assist with picking orders and inventory movement as needed
Operate RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
Operate forklifts when required
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Meet daily productivity and shipping goals while maintaining quality standards
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
