We're looking for a dedicated Food Manufacturing Associate to become a vital part of our dynamic production team. This role offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to the creation of quality food products while advancing your career in a collaborative environment.What you'll do:Operate and oversee food production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in line with company standards.Conduct routine inspections and tests to guarantee that all products meet our rigorous quality standards.Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces to ensure a hygienic environment.Adhere to production schedules to help achieve daily output goals and support timely delivery.Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.Maintain detailed and accurate records of production activities, materials used, and equipment downtime.Work closely with team members, sharing insights and proactively suggesting process improvements to optimize workflow and quality.Qualifications & skills:Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
