Job DescriptionDo you have experience working in Manufacturing, Packing Products off Conveyor lines, Mechanical Aptitude, Working with Plastic molding??? If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!Packer - Industrial Manufacturing - Woodridge, ILPacker Compensation:Starting rate $19.13 an hour+ $1.00 shift differential for nights - paid weeklyPacker available night shifts: Days 7AM -7PM and Nights 7PM- 7AMPacker provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.Package product into boxes and prepare for shipmentCheck for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issuesEnsure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.)Keep station clean at all timesFollow safety guidelines at all timesEducation and/or Experience:Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferredAbility to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.Physical Demand/Effort:Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and glovesAbility to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shiftProlonged standing while performing the duties of the jobJob requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and anklesCompany BenefitsWhat You'll Get From UsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
