Packer – Logistics | 2nd ShiftNesco Resource is now hiring for a 2nd Shift Packer – Logistics position at a local facility in Lenoir, NC. The Packer – Logistics position is responsible for safely wrapping, boxing, labeling, and preparing manufactured protective tapes, films, and wire/cable components for safe transport.Job Description and RequirementsProduct Packaging: Safely pack finished spools, rolls, and slit materials from production machines into designated boxes or onto shipping pallets.Quality Inspection: Check finished products for visible defects, damage, or size discrepancies before packaging and sealing.Labeling & Documentation: Apply accurate product and shipping labels and complete required production, inventory, or shipping documentation.Warehouse Support: Keep the packing and work areas clean and organized, stage inventory, and work with material handlers and logistics teams to move finished products to designated loading or shipping areas.Follow all established safety procedures and maintain a safe and productive work environment.Must be dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.Pay: $18.00/hourShift: 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PMNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
