Packer/Operator Job SummaryA growing brewery in the Grand Rapids area is seeking reliable Packaging & Filler Operators to join their team. This company is looking for dependable, team-focused individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to contribute to a successful team.Packer/Operator ResponsibilitiesOperate filler stations to fill and prepare kegs for production and distributionPlace empty and filled kegs onto racks, pallets, and designated production areasAssist with keg movement using vacuum systems, robotic equipment, and manual handling methodsLoad and unload kegs and materials while maintaining a safe and organized work areaPerform general production and packaging duties to support daily brewery operationsInspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are metMaintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures throughout the production areaWork as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflowSchedule & Pay2nd shift; 2:00pm-10:00pm (Mon-Fri)$19.62/HRWarehouse Worker QualificationsAbility to lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Previous experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or general labor preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality standardsDependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentWillingness to perform a variety of hands-on tasks and support team operationsLocationKentwood, MIPosition TypeFull-time; Contract with potential to Evaluation Hire
