Job description
PackersThe Packer is responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of medical products in a clean and controlled environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before distribution.Key responsibilities include:Package sterilized medical products according to customer specifications and quality standardsInspect products for defects or inconsistencies before and during packagingLabel and box products accurately, ensuring proper documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelinesWork collaboratively with team members and report any issues to the supervisorMeet productivity and quality goals on a daily basisQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plusStrong attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingMust be able to follow written and verbal instructionsWork environment:May involve standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shiftCleanroom or controlled manufacturing environmentPPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
