PackersWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage products according to established packaging procedures and quality standardsInspect products for defects or damage before packagingLabel, sort, and prepare products for shipping and handlingOperate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyMake minor equipment adjustments as needed to maintain production flowMaintain accurate production and packaging recordsReport quality concerns, damaged products, or equipment issues to supervisorsAssist with inventory counts and management of packaging materials and suppliesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsRequired QualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written work instructions and packaging proceduresAbility to stand for an 8-hour shiftAbility to lift up to 20 poundsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceWillingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needsPreferred QualificationsPrevious packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experienceExperience in a medical products, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment is a plusExperience operating packaging equipmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredCore Competencies Packaging • Manufacturing • Quality Inspection • Shipping Preparation • Production • Inventory Support • Packaging Equipment • Safety Compliance • Attention to Detail • Teamwork • Time Management • Reliability
