Job description
Elwyn is seeking a Team Leader for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) in North Carolina. The role combines clinical supervision with administrative leadership, overseeing a multidisciplinary team, coordinating assessments, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care.
You will lead the daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure treatment plans align with client needs and program fidelity. Licensure in NC and experience with adult mental health are required.
