Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to act as a resource and mentor within the PACU, rounding on units, guiding staff nurses, and promoting quality, patient-centered care.
You will assist in ensuring effective operation of the inpatient units, participate in core measures assessment, and support education for staff and patients to enhance the overall patient experience.
