Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and coordinate patient care during hospitalization with a patient-centered approach.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor patient status, educate patients and families for discharge, document care, collaborate with the healthcare team, ensure safety, and uphold infection control standards.
