Job description
Lexington Medical Center, part of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for its Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). In this role, you will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, assess vital signs and airway status, manage pain and nausea, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in condition. You will coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and fellow nurses to support safe transitions from recovery. The ideal candidate holds an active North Carolina RN license and BLS certification; ACLS and perioperative or critical-care experience are preferred.
