Location of Employment (after training): Essex Center, located in Elizabethtown, NY.CNA Duties Include:Observing Residents in assigned unitsReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseTaking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etcSetting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intakeFeeding Residents & serving nutritional supplementsMaking beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidyTransporting Residents within the FacilityTurning bedridden residents to prevent bedsoresMaintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility dataHiring Requirements:Successful completion of the Sponsored CNA programMust be 18 years or olderMust be in good standing with the State RegistryAbility to work as a team memberAbout us: Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Elizabethtown, New York.
