UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering a PAID CNA Trainee Program. You’ll earn $20.00 hourly while training, with increases to $21.12–$24.27 after certification. A $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS is paid out over your first year. The 4-week program runs Monday–Friday, 7a–3p, in Geneva, NY.

Upon certification you may be hired at our long-term care facilities in Geneva, Waterloo or Penn Yan, NY. Shifts include Evening, Night, Day/Evening with rotations; Unit Helper roles are available before start.
