Cognition is seeking a leader to build and scale a comprehensive paid demand engine. You will own strategy across paid search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels, shaping audiences, offers, and creative to drive enterprise pipeline.
The role blends hands-on execution with high-velocity experimentation, partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure pipeline quality and growth.
