Job description
The Director, Paid Media, serves as a key member of Kanahoma’s Paid Media team, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Paid Media efforts across their book of business. This individual plays a pivotal role in achieving enrollment growth for their respective partners and supporting Kanahoma’s overall business growth.
Role Responsibilities
Own Paid Media account management for respective book of business
Oversee all relevant Paid Media strategies and executions across a select book of business, including, but not limited to: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Streaming Media, Traditional Media, etc
Serves as Paid Media performance owner by defining strategy and vision
Partners with Accounts team on Upsells
Own Paid Media Performance for respective book of business
Meets or exceeds partner inquiry, application and start goals
Comes within 5% of planned spend goal
Maintains a thorough understanding of partner performance for partner meetings, including budget pacing and performance metrics
Delivers all deadlines on time; or communicates early and often if delays arise
Is point person for any Paid Media account service interruptions
Plan and execute recurring Paid Media Testing
Plan testing opportunities on an annual and quarterly basis, providing performance read outs on each test to both partners and internal teams
Work to identify new channels and platforms to test
Works with existing vendors to identify new ad units to test
Requests new creative, every quarter, for every partner, based on previous quarter testing results
Own Paid Media Performance Reporting and Planning for respective book of business
Works with Client to define reporting metrics and cadence
Collaborates with Data and Analytics team to create Daily Trackers and performance reports using partner CRM data and platform data
Works with SVP Marketing to develop annual, quarterly and monthly Paid Media plans, including: Overall strategy, Forecasting, Plan Execution
