Spark Foundry in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Search to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search programs for assigned clients.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paid search experience, proven leadership, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360, plus strong analytical and presentation skills. You will mentor juniors and work with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
