Job Description Job Description Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join its growing team.
They are looking for someone with a strong foundation in Google Ads who can manage paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts, analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and continue growing within a collaborative agency environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.
Manage paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results.
Partner with Account Managers to prioritize tasks and ensure campaigns are managed effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign management through automation and AI-based tools.
Stay current on Google Ads updates, digital marketing trends, and emerging AI technologies.
Contribute new ideas and take ownership of assigned campaigns and client accounts.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of paid search, PPC, or SEM experience within an agency or in-house environment.
Hands-on experience working within Google Ads.
Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, including keyword strategy, bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and analytics.
Ability to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to continue learning and growing within paid search.
Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
