PAID SOCIAL ASSOCIATE

JOB SUMMARY

The Paid Social Associate supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels. This role partners with internal teams to manage campaign execution, monitor performance, analyze results, and contribute to optimization strategies across multiple client accounts. The Paid Social Associate exercises sound judgment in day-to-day campaign management while building expertise in platform strategy, audience targeting, creative best practices, and performance analysis within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms

Manage campaign setup, pacing, budget monitoring, quality assurance, and day-to-day account administration

Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness

Prepare reporting, analyze campaign results, and contribute performance insights and optimization recommendations

Partner with Media, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to support integrated campaign strategy and execution

Execute audience, creative, placement, and bidding tests while evaluating results and recommending next steps

Contribute to strategy presentations, client communications, and campaign recommendations

Maintain organized campaign documentation, workflows, and project records

Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, emerging technologies, and paid social best practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen campaign performance

REQUIREMENTS

1–4+ years of experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns, particularly within Meta platforms

Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit advertising platforms preferred

Understanding of paid social strategy, audience targeting, creative best practices, and campaign optimization principles

Experience working in an agency, marketing, or multi-account environment preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to analyze campaign performance, exercise sound judgment, and translate data into actionable recommendations

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Google Analytics and platform analytics tools preferred

Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing is a plus

LOCATION:

This is a remote position. We are open to a remote candidate located anywhere in the US or a candidate based in our Sarasota, FL/Lakewood, CO office.

COMPENSATION:$50,000 - $62,000 DOE
