As a Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll harness data and audience insights to build campaigns that exceed client goals and maximize ROI. Working closely with our collaborative Performance Marketing Team and cross-functional partners, you will turn high-level strategy into seamless tactical execution, scaling results and championing new social media opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and ensure client expectations are met
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising
Collaborate with other team members to develop effective campaigns and strategies
Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs
Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate campaign performance to clients as well as make recommendations for optimizations
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal points of contact for paid social media
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the tactical execution of paid social media programs in an advertising and marketing agency environment
Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram paid social media advertising
Familiarity with paid social media channels such as Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other emerging platforms
Familiarity with AI tools
Ability to develop effective social media campaigns that deliver against client goals and KPIs
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
