Pain Medicine Locum Job in Eureka, CA
Schedule :
Surgical Center : 07:30 - 15:30 (Wed - Thu)
Clinic : 0830 - 1700 (Mon - Tue, Fri)
Job Description : Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting.
All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center.
Active FLURO is required. We will look at candidates that have the temp fluro in hand, please ensure that documentation is uploaded.
