About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pain Management Clinic team.
Team Structure:
Collaborate with 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including:Electrical stimulation
Facet joint injections
Intralaminar epidural injections
Medial branch blocks
Medication management
Nerve blocks
Physical therapy coordination
Rhizotomy
Sacroiliac joint injections
Transforaminal epidural injections
Trigger point injections
