Job description
About the Position:
nWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pain Management Clinic team.
nTeam Structure:
nnCollaborate with 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
n nResponsibilities:
nnDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, including:nnElectrical stimulation
nFacet joint injections
nIntralaminar epidural injections
nMedial branch blocks
nMedication management
nNerve blocks
nPhysical therapy coordination
nRhizotomy
nSacroiliac joint injections
nTransforaminal epidural injections
nTrigger point injections
