Job description
An independent, community-focused health system in Southern Wisconsin, just north of Rockford, IL, is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients living with acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.
Position Highlights:
Join an established Pain Management team
Provide comprehensive care for acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans with physician collaboration
Perform office-based procedures, including Botox, joint, and soft tissue injections
Manage follow-up care, medication management, and patient education
Collaborate with PT/OT and multidisciplinary care teams
Practice evidence-based, patient-centered pain management
Support a growing program focused on improving patient outcomes
Qualifications:
NP or PA with active state licensure
2 3 years of APP experience preferred
Pain management or orthopedic experience a plus
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with minor procedures and EMR systems
Current BLS, medical license, and DEA license required
