Job description
Jax Spine and Pain Center in Georgia seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care under Pain Management physicians. You will evaluate, diagnose, treat, educate, and manage medications for patients in our Pooler and Savannah offices.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation.
