Job description
UR Medicine Thompson Health in Farmington, NY, is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide outpatient pain management under a Pain Medicine physician. The role uses a multimodal, biopsychosocial approach to treat acute and chronic pain while supporting opioid stewardship per regulations.
You will supervise and collaborate with clinical staff, align practices with health system goals, and participate in quality improvement and after-hours triage.
