Job description
A well-established,privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seekinga Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its multidisciplinaryteam. This position is ideal for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, orAnesthesiology who prefers a conservative, patient-centered approach to painmanagement and values a predictable weekday schedule.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient,office-based practice
No call, nights, or weekends
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM -5:00 PM
Predictable schedulesupporting excellent work-life balance
Emphasis onnon-interventional, conservative pain management
Patient population primarilypersonal injury with some workers' compensation
Collaborative,multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
Privately owned,well-established practice with strong administrative support
Compensation & Benefits:
Year 1 base salary: $300,000- $350,000+
Year 2: Transition to a drawon a percentage of collections
Medical, dental, and visioninsurance

Requirements:
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
Board Certified or BoardEligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
Completion of anACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
Active Florida medicallicense or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical judgment,communication, and teamwork skills
Experience with personalinjury or workers' compensation cases preferred, but not required
