Job description
A growing, high-volume interventional pain practice is seeking a BE/BC Pain Medicine physician (fellowship training required) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Rapid City, South Dakota .
Position Highlights:
Full-time Pain Medicine physician role (fellowship required)
Join a collaborative team of 1 full-time and 5 part-time pain specialists
Robust APP support and integrated clinic model
High-volume practice seeing 100+ patients per day
Four fully equipped interventional suites with fluoroscopy and ultrasound
Additional OR access available for procedures as needed
Multidisciplinary spine and pain program closely aligned with neurosurgery, including regular case conferences
Pain medicine functions as a primary entry point for spine-related care, supported by on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and advanced imaging (including MRI)
Physician-led dyad leadership structure with active provider involvement in organizational decision-making and system governance
