Job description
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Nampa, Idaho seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Comprehensive Pain and Spine team. The role involves evaluating patients with chronic pain, creating treatment plans including medications, ordering injections, and coordinating imaging and labs.
Collaboration with orthopedics and neurosurgery is expected. Current Idaho NP/PA license and DEA/CS registrations required.
