Job Opportunity At Hollingshead Mixer CompanyHollingshead Mixer Company manufactures the highest quality, longest lasting, front discharge concrete mixing trucks.If you are a hard-working, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual, who likes working with your hands and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career experience, Hollingshead Mixer Company invites you to submit your application.Duties / Responsibilities include:Set up, clean and maintain paint equipment.Inspect paint prep work to ensure quality finish.Paint with air assisted paint system assuring 100% coverage.Maintain all log sheets related to production and reporting.Ability to follow directions a must.Must have an eye for detail.Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.Have a solid attendance record.Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.May work in areas where flammable and hazardous materials are present.May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills / Abilities:Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Paint or paint prep.Willing to train the right candidates.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.Must have good hand-eye coordination.Benefits:401 (K)401(K) matchingDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySaturday availabilityCompetitive pay based on experienceWe require individuals who are willing to work smart, as well as work hard, someone that has a positive attitude, and able to work under the expectation of meeting deadlines.
