Paint/Coating Prep TechnicianTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Paint/Coating Prep Technicians for projects located in the Blasdell, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-23/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Paint/Coating Prep Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job ScopePrepare custom fabricated metal surfaces and modular components for industrial coatings by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and prepping metal surfacesOperate abrasive blasting equipment when necessaryMask and protect surfaces prior to paintingLoad and stage parts for coating and blasting processesMaintain, prep areas and equipment, and follow technical instructions, product data sheets, and safety data sheetsRequirementsExperience in industrial or manufacturing paint preparation, abrasive blasting, or metal finishingBe Safe from fraud!
