Our equipment is utilized across the globe with over 4,500 units in service to help marinas handle boats of all sizes.Job DescriptionMarine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding 2nd shift Paint Helpers to our team. As a Paint Helper, you will prep items for paint such as steel beams and other items related to large custom engineered lifting machines used in marine and industrial applications and shipped worldwide.2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:30PM-12:00AM (3-day weekend)Job ResponsibilitiesTag parts with labels so the parts are painted correctlyBrush paint small parts and touch up spray painted partsSand parts to prepare them for paintForklift operation to move parts from one location to anotherOperate the overhead crane when working with very heavy partsGeneral clean up of paint areaAll other duties and responsibilities that are assignedJob QualificationsDependable with a strong work ethicMust be able to wear a full body garmentMust be able to be fitted for and wear a respiratorMust have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shiftMust be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assignedMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassistedEmployee Benefits2nd shift has a four-day work week and shift differential payHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance plans available the first of the month following date of hirePaid short-term disability and paternity leave for new parentsEligibility in our 401K benefit plan with company match after 30 days of employmentPaid vacation and holidays available at hireHealth saving account (HSA) plan with employer contributionParticipation in the company's semi-annual discretionary incentive planJob training and advancement opportunitiesOvertime opportunities availableWe are an EOE/AA (M/F/Veteran/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation)
