Paint Line Operator – 1st ShiftPay Rate: $15.00 per hour Shift: 1st ShiftJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Line Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for helping operate and monitor the paint line while ensuring products meet quality and production standards.The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, works well with a team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor equipment on the paint lineFollow established work instructions and production proceduresInspect finished products for quality and accuracyPay close attention to detail to identify defects or issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork effectively with team members to meet production goalsSafely lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 poundsEnter information and production data using a computer keyboardFollow all company safety and quality proceduresPerform other production duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, or paint line experience is helpful but not requiredStrong attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal work instructionsDependable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBasic computer and keyboarding skillsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
