Paint Department ManagerCJ's Ace Hardware is looking for a talented employee to run the paint department. Work with a local, family owned small business in Greenville, Michigan, where we are all a family. Responsibilities include:Greeting customersAnswering phonesTraining new staffOperating Point of SaleOffering knowledgeable recommendations in the selection of productsStocking shelvesTinting and mixing paintMaintaining a clean and inviting paint departmentMust be able to arrive on time with a clean, sociable, and sober demeanorMust be able to lift 30lbs.Looking for a multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and is able to stay on taskAble to work up to 40 hours a week, including some weekendsOutside sales experience is a PLUSCJ's Ace Hardware is a family business that first opened in 2017 and represents over 30 years of retail work by the Austin family. We are locally/independently owned and our brand "Ace Hardware" represents our affiliation with and partial ownership of the Ace Hardware Corporation.
