Refinish Prepper/PolisherBody Builders Automotive is actively seeking an experienced Refinish Prepper/Polisher to join our skilled team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition by delivering a flawless final finish — ensuring every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the highest safety and quality standards.Qualifications:Proficiency in reviewing repair blueprints/estimates to understand the scope of work performed on a vehicleSkilled in sanding, prepping, and polishing vehicles after the paint processAbility to perform prep and finish work in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirementsWillingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry advancementsCollaborative team playerI-CAR certification and paint manufacturer certifications preferredValid state driver's license for operating customer or company vehicles2-3 years of relevant experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a collision center settingAbility to follow direction and work within established proceduresStrong quality focus with a commitment to safe, accurate repairsDrive for continuous learning and professional development
