Job description
Adecco is looking for an individual who is familiar with working in a manufacturing atmosphere and preferably has leadership skills background. Knowledge in Excel and Word preferred. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity! Pay Rate $27-$35 Plus Benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be versatile with other departments and able to take directions from more than one person and have organizational skills.
Interface with metal shop, inspection, receiving and production
Use of liquid and powder coat paint
Standing in a paint booth for up to 8 hours a day.
Hang parts on rack after taping up specific areas for non-painted areas.
Fill in and help in the silkscreen department when necessary.
Maintain the area and ensure a safe work environment and good safety habits.
Time management
Perform routine maintenance
Manage inventory and order supplies
Train and support paint shop employees.
Assign daily work, set priorities, and ensure production schedules are met.
Ensure paint quality meets customer specifications, drawings, and internal standards.
Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and proper handling of chemicals and materials.
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Supervisor to resolve paint-related issues.
Support routine inspections and audits
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (MSDS/SDS, waste disposal, ventilation)
Required Qualifications:
The candidate should be able to lift up to 50#
Overtime will be expected as needed.
At least 3 to 5 years' experience.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
