What You'll Do as a Painter:
Set up and operate powder coating and painting equipment
Apply powder-coated paint using proper techniques and standards
Load and unload parts on and off the paint line
Measure and label parts accurately for identification
Monitor and maintain paint booth systems and equipment
Inspect products using measurement tools to ensure quality standards
Enter work order data into systems for tracking and reporting
Troubleshoot painting process issues and report equipment concerns
What You Need to Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality focus
Understand basic mechanical and manufacturing processes
Distinguish colors accurately for inspection purposes
Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Use basic computer systems for data entry and navigation
Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods with or without reasonable accommodations
