2nd Shift Powder Painter
Shift: 2nd shift - 2:40 PM - 12:40AM Monday - Thursday with overtime on Fridays
Pay: $24.36 per hour
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
We have partnered with a manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls to hire Direct Hire Powder Painters.
What You'll Do:
Follow work instructions and assignments from the Supervisor or Lead.
Assist with hanging, removing, and preparing parts for painting.
Perform minor repairs and assembly tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint department.
Use touch-up paint to cover imperfections and inspect finished parts.
Safely operate hand tools, grinders, sanders, and compressed air guns.
What We're Looking For: Experience in Industrial Powder Coating
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift, load, and unload components.
Comfortable using measuring instruments and basic tools.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
