Painter: Aerospace Experienced RequiredEssner is seeking a Painter to process aerospace products and complete accurate quality records. The ideal team member can be left alone to focus on the tasks at hand and deliver high quality work. Daily attendance at work and adherence to work hours are crucial to be successful in this role.Essner Manufacturing is a growing company based in Ft. Worth, TX, supplying precision CNC machined and sheet metal components as well as complex sub-assemblies to the aerospace and defense industries. We offer competitive benefits, 401K, PTO, flexible holiday policy and education reimbursement.Reports to: Paint Shop SupervisorKey Responsibilities:Follow Engineering work order directions (Processing times, sequence, paperwork, and logs)Prepare parts for primer/paint application using tables or racksKeep work area clean and organizedComplete required documentation in-line with quality requirementsSupport continuous improvement activities for the departmentMaintain accurate Work Center Dispatch ListOther ad hoc opportunities to support business objectives as requiredBasic Qualification:2 years minimum work experience painting in an Aerospace environmentHigh School diploma or GED equivalentEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Basic knowledge of HVLP spray equipment usage and maintenanceAbility to spray all types of primer/topcoat/solid film lube/corrosive preventative coating products at very low pressure (10 – 20 PSI)Preferred Qualifications:ERP/ MRP experience w/ Epicor
