Job description
Job TitleOur client is a full-service surface-finishing company specializing in the commercial aerospace, defense, space, and satellite industries. They serve prominent clients such as Boeing, the U.S. Army, and various aviation sectors.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Painter with daily activities that do not involve spraying paintPrepare parts by hand-sanding and solvent-cleaningMix a variety of chromate and non-chromate primers and topcoatsComplete the work order and necessary paperwork during the painting processAccurately process and document oven charts and temperaturesSweep and clean the paint shop as necessaryObserve safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during daily activitiesManage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulationsOther duties as assignedSkillsAt least one year of experience as a painter or in similar rolesExcellent accuracy and strong attention to detailMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
