We make employee safety, professional development, innovation, and customer service our top priority.Primary ResponsibilitiesAbility to work alone as well as with othersIdentify any non-conforming productsSafe work habitsGood attendance recordSeniority (if skills are equal, seniority will decide)Good verbal/written communication skillsForklift trained and have OSHA license for forklift and forklift safetyAbility to identify, label, and count parts in the warehouseAbility to use common hand tools: measuring tape, computer, bandings, and wrappings Ability to interpret drawings and verify parts received against drawingsAbility to prioritize workload to keep the production line movingAbility to perform cycle counts when requestedAbility to read and interpret production scheduleReport any low or level stocks to the supervisorAny other duties assigned by the supervisionMust be able to learn and operate within the Oracle system.Secondary ResponsibilitiesExcellent safety record and habits.Ability to work alone or in a team.Keep the work area clean and orderly.Excellent work ethics and habits.Experience/Training RequirementsMust be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure required for the job.Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and drawings required to carry out the job.Must be able to document the results of his/her job.Must be able to keep a sufficient lead in a manner that maintains shipping flow.Must be able to lift 50 lbsConcluding:The operator shall consider him/herself as part of a team working towards the same goal and consider your fellow workers as his/her customers.Must be able to work efficiently and effectively without supervision.
