Job description
Maintenance Technician
Responsible for small projects. Responsible for light construction including painting, hanging and finishing sheetrock, repairing sheetrock, installing ceiling grid and ceiling tile, wallpaper installation, and light carpentry. Responsible for completing projects relating to the general upkeep of the facility. High school graduate or equivalent. Must have knowledge of shop tools of various kinds. Must be able to climb ladders, and be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Must be able to distinguish colors. Two or three years experience in commercial painting.
