If you're passionate about painting and want to be part of a company that cares about its people, this is the job for you!About The RolePaint and prep industrial components, including small parts, large parts, touch-up, and final cooler for shipment.Your ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprintsOperate paint pump, troubleshoot, and maintenance of paint pumpMix multi-part paintsIdentify and apply paint based upon the paint specification sheetPrep parts and components for paintEnsure mix room in clean and maintainedRecord paint usageApply paint and correct paint defectsOperates manlifts and cranesOther duties as assigned/directed by supervisorWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred1-2 years experience in manufacturing, Heat Exchangers industry preferredCertified to operate crane and manlifts or ability to obtain certificationsKnowledge of industrial paint practices and applicationsDetail orientedSelf-motivatedMust be able to work well in a team environmentAbility to frequent, reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, squat, bend, and balanceMust be able to stand for extended periodsExcellent hand-eye coordinationFollow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPEWork safely and look out for the safety of the teamKeep a clean and hazard free workspaceIdentify any defective items and handle them accordinglyUse reason to solve problemsTakes pride in work product and ensure quality work is completed dailyWhy Join Eads?Great Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Account.
