If you want a clear career path, paid travel, and consistent work, this role delivers.Compensation & Benefits$22–$27/hour (based on experience)$59 per diem for every overnight travel dayAll travel and lodging expenses paidPaid trainingOvertime available (up to 10 hours/week with approval)Company cellphone, tools, and uniform provided401(k) eligibility after one yearAccrued sick timePosition OverviewAs a Painter, you'll support commercial painting and related field services within and outside of the Colorado market, with extensive overnight travel nationwide. Once trained, you'll work independently while representing the company professionally at customer sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform interior and exterior commercial painting projectsOperate industrial paint equipment and hand toolsSupport additional services as needed, including, pressure washing, HVAC coil cleaning, food and beverage equipment services, and general facility maintenanceAssist with site supervision, furniture removal, and installation, as neededFollow all company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirementsPrioritize customer needs while managing workload independentlyMeet OSHA ladder safety requirements and work confidently at heights.Use company technology for work orders, reporting, and communicationBuild strong customer relationships and consistently deliver A+ customer serviceWhat We're Looking ForTeachable — willing to learn new skills and servicesRespectful — kind, positive, and helpfulCareer-minded — looking for long-term growth, not just a jobSelf-motivated — sees what needs to be done and gets it doneTeam player — works well with others and understands true teamworkPride in your work — strong attention to quality and customer satisfactionRequired QualificationsWillingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)Valid state driver's license (subject to continuous review)Experience towing trailers up to 15,000 lbsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weatherAbility to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs)Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningMust be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given timeWillingness to assist with tasks beyond painting as neededPreferred Qualifications2+ years Commercial painting experienceConstruction or general maintenance experiencePressure washing experienceBasic HVAC and food and beverage equipment serviceOSHA 10 certification (preferred, not required)Work Environment & ScheduleNationwide travel (100% on the road)Construction sites and customer locationsIndoor and outdoor work in varying conditionsWork location: On the roadTypical work week: 40–50 hours; work hours may vary based on project and customer needs and may include nights and weekendsNote: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
