Painter/ConstructionWe are seeking a dynamic and skilled Painter/Construction professional to join our team and contribute to a variety of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in painting and carpentry. Your energy, attention to detail, and construction knowledge will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.Monitor coating thickness and finish quality.Load and unload curing ovens.Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using hand tools or airless spray as needed.Perform carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and caulking to support project completion.Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for tasks including plastering, masonry work, concrete finishing, and fixture installation.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing or powder coating experience preferredAbility to operate hand tools and coating equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environmentAbility to follow written instructions and safety guidelinesEffective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret project plans accurately.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance
