Painter / Drywall Laborer – Entry LevelLocation: Dakota & Scott County Areas – Metro (Assigned Near Your Home When Possible) Schedule: Full-Time, Day ShiftPosition OverviewWe are seeking entry-level candidates to join a growing team of residential painters and drywall repair professionals. No experience? No problem — we'll train you! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling locally, and being part of a dependable, hard-working crew.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with painting and spray painting residential homesPerform basic drywall repairsOccasionally lift and haul drywall into residential unitsUse hand tools and basic painting equipmentDrive your own vehicle from site to site (you'll be reimbursed for mileage)What We're Looking ForNo prior experience required – just a good attitude and willingness to learnMust have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licenseMust be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (typically paint or light drywall)Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand throughout the workdayDependable and punctualAble to travel locally to job sites in the Dakota and Scott County areasWilling to work in both interior and exterior residential environmentsPerks of the JobMileage reimbursement between job sitesYou'll be assigned to job locations near your home when possibleOn-the-job training providedRoom to grow with the company
