Essential Functions
Clean and prepare surfaces. (Masking, grit blasting or chemical prep)
Prepare paints. A high degree of accuracy is required. Use of viscosity cups, thickness gauges and gloss gauges to test makeup of paint and an understanding of chemistry mix of compounds is required.
Clean work area. Knowledgeable in the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemical and waste.
Maintain equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining paint equipment and troubleshooting.
Experience in high-end automotive or industrial equipment paint prepping. Sign industry experience preferred.
Painters' only – Previous Experience painting in high-end automotive or industrial equipment environments. Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment

Experience in a fast-paced, high-production work environments
Read, write, and speak English
Self-motivated and work well in a team and independently
Experience Required
Previous painting experience high-end automotive or industrial equipment, 1-2 years required.
Competencies Required
May be required to stand for long periods of time
May involve some repetitive motions
Must be able to lift to 75 pounds.
May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers
Ability to be fitted for a Respirator, both Medically and Physically
Others as deemed required by company to be safe for your role.
