Painter SupervisorCertaPro Painters® is looking for a qualified experienced painting foreman supervisor for local work within Sonoma County and the Santa Rosa areas. If you are looking for immediate work painting homes and commercial buildings, and leading a crew, we want to hear from you. Our painters are experienced, have high attention to detail, and have a passion for painting. We treat our painters and crews like family and offer a busy schedule with quick, on-time pay.Starts at $30-$39 an hour for an experienced Painter Supervisor (10 or more years of experience preferred), depending on demonstrated job experience, skill level, and productivity.Paid vacation, health plan coverage, profit-sharing, 401(k) savings plan, paid holidays, stable work, a culture and brand that values quality and the employee.Previous professional painting experience for both residential and commercial, experienced and comfortable in working at various heights and spaces while taking all safety precautions, reliable, trustworthy, and prioritizes communication and customer service.Drywall repair experience a plus, carpentry experience a plus, commercial painting experience a plus, complete projects in a timely and professional manner, while exhibiting quality craftsmanship, handle physical workload while putting safety before anything else, ability to work as a team and support others to ensure they succeed, deadline and detail-oriented, customer service oriented, you like getting a job done right.
