As a Painter, and finishes are well-maintained and visually appealing – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Prepare and apply finishes: Paint and polish surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet required standards and timelinesInstall and repair wall and ceiling coverings: Work with materials like vinyl, fabric, and foil, and maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces with stain, varnish, and lacquerMaintain tools and equipment: Keep all painting tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent working conditionManage painting supplies: Oversee supply inventory and ensure all paints and solvents are stored safely and properlyWhat It Takes to Make the StayAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
